摘要
为了探讨山乌桕种子轻基质网袋最佳育苗方法,对山乌桕种子进行播前预处理和不同基质对比试验,结果表明:碳酸钠可有效去除种子表层蜡质,提高种子发芽率,浸泡种子的温度和时间对种子萌发影响不大;不同基质种类配比对山乌桕苗木的生长影响显著,其中3黄心土∶2稻谷壳的基质利于苗木各指标的生长发育;播种深度因影响苗木生长的土壤温度值及种子的萌芽力而进一步影响了苗木的生长,以1.5 cm的播种深度最佳;微生物菌剂在苗木生长过程通过叶面喷洒的形式可以提高根系活力、促进根系发育,以1000 mg·L^(-1)的浓度最佳。
In order to explore the best seedling cultivation method of Triadica cochinchinensis seeds in light matrix net bag,the pre-sowing pretreatment and different matrix comparison experiments were carried out on Triadica cochinchinensis seeds.The results showed that sodium carbonate could effectively remove the wax on the surface of seeds and improve the germination rate of seeds.The temperature and time of soaking seeds had little effect on seed germination.The ratio of different matrix types had a significant effect on the growth of Triadica cochinchinensis seedlings.Among them,3 yellow soil:2 rice husk matrix was beneficial to the growth and development of various indicators of seedlings.The sowing depth further affected the growth of seedlings due to the soil temperature value affecting the growth of seedlings and the germination force of seeds,and the sowing depth of 1.5 cm was the best.Microbial agents could improve root activity and promote root development by spraying leaves during seedling growth,and the concentration of 1000 mg·L^(-1)was the best.
