摘要
胶带斗式提升机是物料垂直输送的关键设备,其异常跑偏问题严重影响了生产效率和安全性。针对传统异常跑偏检修工艺中存在的问题,从胶带清洁与更换、提升机对中校准、部件拆装与修复3个关键环节入手,提出优化方案,并通过实验验证优化工艺的有效性。实验结果表明,优化后的检修工艺显著提高了检修效率和质量,延长了设备无故障运行时间,降低了能耗和维护成本。
The belt bucket elevator is the key equipment for the vertical conveying of materials,and its abnormal deviation seriously affects the production efficiency and safety.Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional abnormal deviation maintenance process,the optimization scheme is proposed from three key links:tape cleaning and replacement,hoist alignment calibration,component disassembly and repair,and the effectiveness of the optimization process is verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the optimized maintenance process can significantly improve the maintenance efficiency and quality,extend the trouble-free operation time of the equipment,and reduce the energy consumption and maintenance cost.
