摘要
党和国家针对社会经济高质量发展提出因地制宜发展新质生产力的具体要求。作为发展新质生产力的重点领域方向,数字出版具有样板性作用,提升品质是数字出版高质量发展的本质要求,也是融通传统出版与现代出版的关键点。在现实要求中,行业有关人员须树立数字出版思维、提供高质量数据要素、设计建构人工智能大模型、迭代更新数字技术。数字出版不仅是未来社会经济高质量发展的基座,也为社会经济发展提供了更多可能性,但其最终也将回归人本身,实现人的全面发展。
The Communist Party of China(CPC)and the state have put forward specific requirements for developing new quality productive forces according to local conditions for the high-quality development of social economy.As a key area of developing new productive forces,digital publishing has a model role.Quality improvement is the essential requirement for the high-quality development of digital publishing,as well as the key point for integr ating traditional publishing and modern publishing.Relevant personnel in the industry should establish digital publishing thinking,provide high-quality data elements,design and construct artificial intelligence big models,and iteratively update digital technology.Digital publishing is the pedestal and provides more possbilities for future high-quality development of social economy.It will ultimately return to human beings and realize their al-ound development.
