海上风电大直径单桩基础沉桩施工技术研究

摘要 海床地质情况复杂多变,加大了海上风电单桩基础沉桩施工难度。针对江苏省射阳某海上风电项目,为确保单桩基础顺利沉桩,提出了海上抱桩器安装、钢管桩吊装、锤击沉桩施工、终锤及停锤控制等钢管桩沉桩工艺流程。研究成果可为海上风机单桩基础沉桩施工提供参考。 The complex and variable geological conditions of the seabed increase the difficulty of the pile driving construction of monopile foundation in offshore wind power projects.In an offshore wind power project in Sheyang County,Jiangsu Province,the steel pipe pile driving technology is proposed to ensure the smooth construction of the monopile foundation,including the installation of the driver,lifting of the steel pipe piles,hammer piling construction,and control of the final hamming and stopping.It can provide useful reference for the monopile foundation construction of offshore wind turbines.
