火焰原子吸收光谱法测定高温合金中锂和镁含量

摘要 建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定高温合金中锂、镁元素含量的分析方法。使用盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸溶解试样,选择Li670.78 nm、Mg285.21 nm作为待测元素的分析谱线,研究了最优的仪器参数,研究了基体和共存元素对锂、镁元素测定的影响。结果表明样品标准加入法可以消除基体与共存元素的影响。在最优的试验条件下,锂元素的RSD小于10%,检出限为0.0001%,加标回收率为97%~115%,镁元素的RSD小于10%,检出限为0.00002%,加标回收率为80%~110%,该方法精密度高,准确度好,可用于高温合金中锂、镁元素含量的测定。 An analytical method for the determination of lithium and magnesium in superalloys by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established.The samples were dissolved with hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid,and Li670.78nm and Mg285.21nm were selected as the analytical spectral lines of the elements to be measured.The optimal instrument parameters were studied,and the effects of matrix and co-existing elements on the determination of lithium and magnesium were studied.The results show that the influence of matrix and coexisting elements can be eliminated by standard addition method.Under the optimal test conditions,the RSD of lithium is less than 10%,the detection limit is 0.0001%,and the recovery rate of standard addition is 97%~115%;the RSD of magnesium is less than 10%,the detection limit is 0.00002%,and the recovery rate of standard addition is 80%~110%.The method has high precision and good accuracy.It can be used to determine the content of lithium and magnesium in superalloy.
