摘要
为了及早发现信号机点灯单元故障,确保列车运行安全,研制XDZ-B型信号机点灯单元测试台。详细介绍点灯单元硬件和软件设计内容。点灯单元测试台利用线性光耦放大器采集主灯丝和副灯丝电压,利用穿心电流互感器采集主灯丝和副灯丝电流,利用场效应管实现灯丝切换,利用电桥电路测试继电器接点电阻,并进行现场测试。测试结果表明,测试台能够对XDZ-B型信号机点灯单元基本功能和性能指标作出评估,提前发现性能下降的点灯单元。点灯单元测试台测试XDZ-B型信号机点灯单元的电压误差最大为0.17%,电流误差最大为0.16%,接点电阻误差最大为0.15%,能够满足现场对点灯单元参数测量准确度的要求。
In order to find out the fault of signal lighting unit in advance and ensure the safety of train operation,XDZ-B signal lighting unit test bench is developed.The hardware and software design of lighting unit are introduced in detail.In the lighting unit test bench,the main and auxiliary filament voltages are collected using a linear optocou⁃pler amplifier,the main and auxiliary filament currents are collected using a through current transformer,filament switching is achieved using a field⁃effect transistor,relay contact resistance is tested using a bridge circuit,and on⁃site testing is conducted.The test results show that the test bench can evaluate the basic functions and performance in⁃dexes of XDZ-B signal lighting units,and find out the lighting units with degraded performance in advance;the maxi⁃mum voltage error,current error,and contact resistance error of the XDZ-B signal lighting unit tested on the lighting unit test bench are 0.17%,0.16%,and 0.15%,respectively,which can meet the requirements of on⁃site measurement accuracy for lighting unit parameters.
