摘要
齿轮系统在航空航天、风力发电和汽车制造等众多行业中广泛应用,其动力学性能受啮合刚度、齿侧间隙等多种非线性因素的影响,常出现齿轮传动精度不高、系统稳定性较差等一系列问题。文中重点关注齿侧间隙对齿轮系统动力学性能的影响,从齿轮系统模型分类、求解方法类型、齿侧间隙模型完善、系统稳定性判断、动态响应分析、非线性特性研究及性能评价及可靠性预测等方面系统地评述了齿侧间隙对齿轮系统影响的研究现状,并指出考虑多种非线性因素耦合、求解方法优化、齿面微观形貌下复杂系统建模及多因素影响下动态特性变化和不确定因素条件下可靠性预测等方面,将是未来研究的重点和趋势。
The gear system is widely used in many industries such as aerospace,wind power and automobile manufacturing,and its dynamic performance is affected by various nonlinear factors,such as meshing stiffness and tooth side clearance;a series of problems often take place,for example,low accuracy in gear transmission,poor system stability,and so on.This article focuses on the influence of the tooth side clearance on the gear system’s dynamic performance;efforts are made to straighten out the research on the influence of the tooth side clearance on the gear system from the following aspects:classification of the gear system’s model,types of the solving methods,improvement of the tooth side clearance’s model,judgement of the system stability,analysis on the dynamic response,research on the nonlinear characteristics,performance evaluation and reliability prediction,and so on.Besides,it is concluded that more research should be done,such as coupling of various nonlinear factors,optimization of the solving methods,modelling of the complex systems with the tooth surface’s micromorphology,changes of the dynamic characteristics influenced by multiple factors,reliability prediction with uncertainties,and so on.
