摘要
文章以长沙汽车南站综合交通枢纽作为案例,探讨了TOD理念在非超一线城市的应用和影响。文章通过ITDP 3.0评分体系全面分析了项目的开发历程、交通与城市发展的关联、现存问题及未来发展方向。长沙汽车南站综合交通枢纽,作为一个融合了多种交通方式的综合枢纽,其对于城市的交通、商业、社区发展有着重要的影响。文章详细评估了项目在慢行交通系统、城市及社区发展、公共交通,以及未来升级潜力方面的表现,并基于这些分析提出了针对长沙TOD项目开发的启示和建议。研究结果旨在为城市综合交通枢纽的TOD项目开发提供实证参考,以促进城市的可持续发展。
This paper takes the integrated transportation hub of Changsha South Bus Station as a case for study to explore the application and impact of Transit-Oriented Development(TOD)concept in non-metropolitan cities.The paper comprehensively analyzes the development history,the relationship between transportation and urban development,the existing problems and the future development direction of the project with ITDP 3.0 scoring system.As a hub integrating various modes of transportation,Changsha South Bus Station significantly influences the city’s transportation,commerce,and community development.The paper assesses the project’s performance in terms of its slow traffic system,urban and community development,public transportation,and potential for future upgrades.Based on these analyses,insights and recommendations for TOD project development in Changsha are proposed.The findings aim to provide empirical references for the development of TOD projects of urban integrated transportation hubs,and to promote sustainable urban development.
