摘要
新质生产力的发展是高校大学生高质量就业根本动力,与高校大学生的高质量就业相互促进,同时,高校大学生的高质量就业是新质生产力发展的基本保障。以新质生产力赋能高校大学生高质量就业,有利于满足高校大学生对美好生活的需要,提升我国数字经济发展现代化水平,推进高质量中国式现代化向前发展。目前,新质生产力通过催生新业态,发展新动能,开拓新领域赋能高校大学生就业新形式,新内容和新方向,从而扩大就业规模,优化就业结构,提升就业质量。在全面建设社会主义现代化强国的新征程上,发展新质生产力要培养新型劳动者、发展新型生产要素、形成新型生产关系,满足高校大学生的高质量就业需要。
The development of new quality productivity is the fundamental driving force for the high-quality employment of college students,which promotes each other with the high-quality employment of college students.At the same time,the high-quality employment of college students is the basic guarantee for the development of new quality productivity.Enabling high-quality employment for college students with new quality productive forces will help meet their needs for a better life,enhance the modernization level of China's digital economy,and push forward the development of high-quality Chinese-style modernization.At present,the new quality productivity through the birth of new forms of business,the development of new momentum,and the development of new fields to enable college students to employment new forms,new content and new directions,so as to expand the scale of employment,optimize the employment structure,improve the quality of employment.On the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,the development of new quality productive forces should train new types of workers,develop new production factors,form new types of production relations,and meet the high-quality employment needs of college students.
