摘要
为研究寒区典型湖泊水体中溶解氧的变化特征及其影响因素,本研究对蒙新高原3个季节性冰封湖泊(乌梁素海、南海湖、岱海)的溶解氧、水温和光合有效辐射进行高频长序监测,并结合水质检测结果,对不同湖泊的溶解氧变化特征及其影响因素进行分析。结果显示,在冰封期,岱海、南海湖和乌梁素海溶解氧平均浓度分别为15.19、5.99、11.42 mg/L,3个湖泊溶解氧均表现出昼升夜降和垂向分层现象,在昼夜变化幅度上呈现出南海湖>乌梁素海>岱海;溶解氧整体变化幅度上呈现出乌梁素海>南海湖>岱海,其中乌梁素海变化幅度达到了18 mg/L,岱海仅为3.3 mg/L;溶解氧变化主要受到水温、光合有效辐射以及营养盐浓度的影响,对于不同湖泊,各项环境因子对冰下水体生化过程的影响存在显著差异。不同的冰雪条件造就了水环境的差异,继而影响了冰下水体溶解氧变化。本研究旨在通过对冰封期不同类型湖泊中溶解氧变化及其影响因素的研究,更好地了解湖泊生态系统在冰封期的变化规律,为寒区湖泊管理和保护提供理论依据。
To study the changing characteristics of dissolved oxygen in the water bodies of typical lakes in the cold region and its influencing factors,this study analyzed the changing characteristics of dissolved oxygen and its influencing factors in different lakes through a combined method of high-frequency and long sequential monitoring of dissolved oxygen(DO),water temperature(TW),and photosynthetically active radiation(PAR)with the water quality test in three seasonal ice-covered lakes(Lake Ulansuhai,Lake Nanhai,and Lake Daihai)in the Mongolian and New Zealand Plateau.The results showed that the average DO concentrations in Lake Daihai,Lake Nanhai,and Lake Ulansuhai were(15.19,5.99,and 11.42 mg/L)during the freezing period,and all three lakes exhibited diurnal rise and nightfall of DO and vertical stratification,with the magnitude of diurnal changes showing Lake Nanhai>Lake Ulansuhai>Lake Daihai.The overall variation of dissolved oxygen showed Lake Ulansuhai>Lake Nanhai>Lake Daihai,in which the variation of Lake Ulansuhai reached 18 mg/L,and Lake Daihai only 3.3 mg/L.Dissolved oxygen changes were mainly influenced by water temperature,photosynthetically active radiation and nutrient concentrations,and the effects of environmental factors biochemical processes in subglacial waters varied significantly among lakes.Snow and ice conditions caused differences in the water environment,which in turn affected the changes of DO in subglacial waters.This study aims to better understand the changing law of lake ecosystems during the ice cover period and to provide a theoretical basis for the management and protection of lakes in cold regions through the study of the changes of dissolved oxygen in different types of lakes during the ice cover period and the factors affecting them.
