摘要
随着我国水利工程建设的快速发展,水利工程地下隧洞由于线路较长,岩石强度较高以及其他客观因素,越来越多地远用到顶管施工技术,但线路长,地质条件复杂,施工前针对顶管机的选型则尤为重要。文章结合韩江、榕江、练江水系连通后续优化工程超硬岩长距离顶管施工,通过对顶管机刀盘、主驱动、主顶油缸、设置中继间等进行针对性设计,总结相应选型技术。
With the rapid development of water conservancy engineering construction in China,underground tunnels in water conservancy engineering are increasingly using pipe jacking construction technology due to their long routes,high rock strength,and other objective factors.Due to the long route and complex geological conditions,the selection of pipe jacking machines is particularly important before construction.Based on the optimization project of Hanjiang,Rongjiang,and Lianjiang water systems connection,this paper designs the cutterhead,main drive,main hydraulic cylinder,and relay room of the pipe jacking machine for long-distance pipe jacking construction in ultra hard rocks,and summarizes the selection techniques.
