摘要
针对吉林油田吉木萨尔矿权流转区页岩油水平井固井存在岩膏层易缩径、煤层易漏失、直井段水泥返高要求严格、套管安全下入难、固井质量难以保证等难题,经现场探索试验,从优选水泥浆体系、精确计算环空容积及优化扶正器安放等技术措施保证固井质量;从强化通井措施、软件模拟下套管过程、改善钻井液润滑性及流变性等技术措施保证套管安全下入。现场应用12口井,固井质量合格率100%,形成了适用于该区块的水平井固井技术,有效指导现场施工。
The cementing of horizontal shale oil wells in Jimusaer mineral rights transfer block of Jilin Oilfield faces some technical challenges,such as difficulties in the wellbore shrinkage of salt-gypsum layers,drilling fluid loss of coal seam,high performance requirements for cement top of vertical wellbores,safe casing running,and quality of cementing.After field exploration test,the cementing quality is improved through optimization of cement slurry system,accurate calculation of annulus volume and centralizer placement design;and the safe casing running is guaranteed by reinforcement of well drifting operation,software simulation of casing running,and improvement of lubricity and rheological property of drilling fluid.The proposed cementing technology is applied to 12 wells in the area,and the cementing qualified rate is 100%,which indicates that the cementing technology is suitable for this block and could effectively guide site operation.
