摘要
西安国际医学质子中心作为西北地区先进的质子医院,其治疗设备安装精度要求高,因此现场施工对埋件、工艺管线的精度要求极高。本项目采用BIM技术和三维扫描技术相结合的手段,建立全专业BIM模型,并提前进行管线、埋件的模型建立和碰撞检测;在安装进行前对设备埋件及校准管上下口进行精准定位,并在安装过程中进行调整、定位复核。通过分析安装过程中偏差值、偏差分布、标准偏差等数据,得到精确安装定位施工的侧重点以及主要偏差方向,最终总结全方位精准把控的施工方法,使安装后的参数能够符合设备的高精度要求。
The Proton Therapy Center of Xi’an International Medical Center Hospital,as an advanced proton hospital in Northwest China,has high requirements for the installation accuracy of its treatment equipment.Therefore,the on-site construction has extremely high requirements for the accuracy of embedded parts and process pipelines.In this project,BIM technology and three-dimensional scanning technology were combined to establish a professional BIM model,and the model establishment and collision detection of pipelines and embedded parts were carried out in advance.Before the installation,the embedded parts of the equipment and the upper and lower ports of the calibration pipe were accurately positioned,and the adjustment and positioning review were carried out during the installation process.The focus of accurate installation and positioning construction and the main deviation direction were obtained by analyzing the deviation value,deviation distribution,standard deviation and other data in the installation process.Finally,the construction method of all-round and accurate control was summarized so that the parameters after installation could meet the high-precision requirements of the equipment.
