摘要
数字时代,通过分析网络游记文本可以窥见游客对于旅游目的地综合形象的感知情况,为城市旅游开发提供新的视角。以携程网上的福州游记为研究语料,运用网络文本分析法,探究游客对于福州市旅游目的地形象的认知与情感。结果显示,虽然福州的游客满意度较高,但仍然存在着城市宣传不到位、旅游产品的文化深度有待挖掘、旅游与技术的融合不足等问题。基于此,应通过优化城市形象,打造地方品牌;更新营销路径,深化跨界融合;科技赋能文化,助力城市更新等策略,推动福州加快打造世界知名旅游目的地。
In the digital era,by analysing texts such as online travelogues,it is possible to get a glimpse of tourists′comprehensive perceived image of tourist destinations,providing new perspectives for urban tourism development.The article takes Ctrip.com tourists′travelogue texts as the research corpus,and based on the image perception context of tourist destinations,uses text analysis to explore tourists′cognition and emotion of tourism image of Fuzhou city.It then proposes optimisation strategies from image optimisation,marketing innovation,and technological empowerment to help Fuzhou build an internationally renowned tourist destination.
