摘要
目的:检测急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者血清C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白-6(C1q/tumor necrosis factor related protein 6,CTRP6)表达水平与病情和预后的相关性。方法:选取河南科技大学第一附属医院2021年1月至2022年1月收治的144例AMI患者为研究对象,检测血清CTRP6的表达含量,并分析及评估CTRP6表达与AMI患者的临床特征和MACE的相关性。结果:AMI组患者外周血CTRP6含量为119.32(78.4,165.8)μg/L,显著低于对照组的372.3(303.6,454.2)μg/L(P<0.05);与高表达组比较,低表达组患者血清CK-MB、NT-proBNP、Gensini评分和SYNTAX II评分明显升高(P<0.05),而LVEF明显降低(P<0.05);此外,CTRP6低表达组患者MACE的累积发生率显著高于CTRP6高表达组(P<0.05);CTRP6预测AMI患者发生MACE事件的ROC曲线下面积为0.851。当最佳截断值为当88.423μg/L时,此时的敏感性为75.3%,特异性87.4%。结论:AMI患者血清CTRP6的表达明显降低,且CTRP6低表达可能是识别AMI高危患者和优化治疗策略的重要靶点。
Objective:To observe the expression of C1q/tumor necrosis factor related protein 6(CTRP6)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and its relationship with prognosis.Methods:A total of 144 patients with AMI admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology were selected as the research subjects.The expression level of CTRP6 were detected,and analyzed the correlation between the CTRP6 expression and major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in AMI patients.Results:The CTRP6 expression in AMI patients with was 119.32(78.4,165.8)μg/L,significantly lower than that of the control group 372.3(303.6,454.2)μg/L(P<0.05).The CK-MB,NT proBNP,Gensini score,and SYNTAX II score of patients in the low expression group were significantly higher than those in the high expression group(P<0.05),while LVEF was significantly lower than that in the high expression group(P<0.05).CK-MB,NT proBNP,Hs-CRP,LVEF,and CTRP6 are influencing factors for MACE events in patients with AMI(P<0.05);The incidence of MACE in low expression group was significantly higher than that in high expression group(P<0.05);The area under the ROC curve of CTRP6 predicting MACE events in AMI patients is 0.851.When the optimal cutoff value is 88.423μg/L,the sensitivity is 75.3%and the specificity is 87.4%.Conclusion:The down-regulation of CTRP6 expression in AMI patients were related to the deterioration prognosis of AMI patients.
