摘要
习近平总书记对“中国式现代化”思想实现了两度升华。一方面,习近平总书记是中国式现代化理论体系的创立者,他高度提升了“中国式现代化”内涵,赋予它从未有过的新要素,从而与“中国式的现代化道路”的意义完全一致,不仅深刻揭示了中国式现代化思想的科学内涵,明确了中国式现代化的本质要求和重大原则,而且将中国式现代化是中国共产党领导的社会主义现代化的认识提到了新的高度,多视域地阐释中国式现代化创造了人类文明的新形态。另一方面,习近平总书记是新时代中国式现代化道路的拓展者,他主持制定的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》第一次以推进中国式现代化作为主题,擘画了进一步全面深化改革的战略举措,将进一步全面深化改革作为推进中国式现代化的主要抓手,勾画了实现中国式现代化奋斗目标的新三步走发展战略,以制度建设为重点来推进中国式现代化,旨在强调完善制度实现中国式现代化是一个动态发展过程,并协同高效地推进中国式现代化实现强国建设、民族复兴伟业。新时代我们要继续坚持解放思想,坚持改革开放,坚持党的领导和党的建设,以实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,凝聚中国人民将中国式现代化伟业从胜利走向新的胜利。
General Secretary Xi Jinping has sublimated the idea“Chinese modernization”twice.On the one hand,General Secretary Xi Jinping,as the founder of the theoretical system of Chinese modernisation,has highly elevated the connotation of“Chinese modernization”and given it new elements that have never been seen before,so as to make it fully consistent with the meaning of“Chinese modernisation road”,and has for the first time profoundly revealed the scientific connotation of the idea of Chinese modernisation,and made clear the essential requirements and major principles of Chinese modernisation,brought the understanding that Chinese modernisation is socialist modernisation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China to a new height,and explained from multiple perspectives that Chinese modernisation has created a new form of human civilisation.On the other hand,General Secretary Xi Jinping is the expander of the path of Chinese modernisation in the new era.Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization,which was formulated under his presidency,for the first time breaks down the strategic initiatives for further comprehensively deepening reform under the theme of advancing Chinese modernisation,takes further comprehensively deepening reform as the main hand to advance Chinese modernisation,and outlines a new three-step development strategy to achieve the goal of Chinese modernisation,focusing on system construction to advance Chinese modernisation,with the aim of emphasising that perfecting the system to achieve Chinese modernisation is a dynamic development process,and that it will synergistically and efficiently advance Chinese modernisation to achieve the great cause of building a strong nation and national rejuvenation.In the new era,we should continue to adhere to the emancipation of the mind,reform and opening up,leadership of the CPC and party building,and rally the Chinese people to move the great cause of Chinese modernisation from victory to new victory by realising the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
