摘要
在新时代的宏伟蓝图下,践行马克思主义群众观不仅是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的必然要求,也是保持党的先进性、巩固执政基础、推动国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的关键所在,对于实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有深远意义。通过全面回顾马克思主义群众观的理论渊源与核心要义,深刻剖析当前国内外环境变化和党内存在的新挑战,提出一系列具体且可行的策略。包括强化党员干部的群众观念教育,优化党群沟通机制,确保政策制定更加贴近民生实际,以及通过制度创新促进社会公平正义等,以期在新时代背景下,更好地发挥人民群众的主体作用,共同推进中国特色社会主义事业的蓬勃发展。
Under the grand blueprint of the new era,practicing the Marxist view of the masses is not only an inevitable requirement for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also the key to maintaining the progressiveness nature of the Party,consolidating the foundation of governance,and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and capacity,which is of far-reaching significance for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This article aims to explore in depth the practical path of effectively implementing the Marxist mass view in the context of the new era.By comprehensively reviewing the theoretical origins and core essence of the Marxist mass view,and deeply analyzing the current changes in the domestic and international environment and the new challenges within the party,this article aims to propose a series of specific and feasible strategies as the following:strengthening the education of Party members and cadres on the concept of the masses,optimizing the communication mechanism between the Party and the masses,ensuring that policy formulation is more in line with the reality of people’s livelihood,and promoting social fairness and justice through institutional innovation.It is hoped that the strategies can better play the leading role of the people and jointly promote the vigorous development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the context of the new era.
