基于贝叶经修复用黏接材料的研究

摘要 贝叶经文物修复是世界性难题,面临的关键问题是使用的修复材料。本研究主要是对传统黏接剂进行多项性能分析与对比,筛选适合贝叶经修复的黏接剂。利用旋转黏度计和流变仪对各类传统黏接剂黏度进行分析,初步筛选黏度高的黏接剂,然后用质构仪测试筛选的黏接剂黏性及与贝叶结合的黏附力和剥离强度等性能,同时用密度泛函理论(DFT)比表面积测试分析贝叶的孔径,以及用激光粒度仪分析黏接剂的粒径,结合扫描电镜-能谱仪分析贝叶形貌结构及与黏接剂结合特征等,结果表明:10%~20%淀粉、2%瓜尔豆、2%羧甲基纤维素钠和手掌参胶的性能较好,可针对不同病害需求选择适宜黏接剂用于贝叶经修复。另外,检测出贝叶孔径是纳米级,而黏接剂粒径是微米级,使得黏接剂与贝叶的黏接是表面贴合而无渗透,有脱落风险,可进一步研究黏接剂与贝叶结合的牢固性。针对贝叶经文物的典型病害,本文制作模拟病害样品,利用筛选出的黏接剂和云南当代贝叶作为修补材料进行试修复实验。 It is a global challenge to restore palm leaf manuscripts,with the primary issue being the selection of appropriate restoration materials.This study involved an analysis and comparison of various properties of traditional adhesives in order to identify the most suitable adhesive for repairing palm leaf manuscripts.Initially,rotational viscometer and rheometer were used to analyze the viscosities of different traditional adhesives,with a focus on those with high viscosity.Subsequently,texture analyzer was employed to test the viscosity,adhesion force,and peel strength after binding the adhesives with palm leaf manuscripts.Concurrently,DFT specific surface area method was utilized to measure the pore size of the palm leaf manuscripts,while laser particle size analyzer was used to analyze the particle size of the adhesives.Additionally,scanning electron microscope-energy spectrometer was employed to examine both morphological structure of the palm leaves and their bonding with adhesive.The findings indicated that 10%—20%starch glue,2%guar gum,2%CMC sodium,and Gymnadenia conopsea glue could be effectively utilized for repairing palm leaf manuscripts based on their specific conditions.Furthermore it was observed that while pore size of palm leaf is nano-sized;particle size of adhesive is micron-sized resulting in superficial rather than penetrative bonding which poses a risk of shedding.Therefore further research into bond strength between adhesive and palm leaf is necessary.Finally,this paper simulated typical diseases found in palm leaf manuscripts and conducted trial repair experiments using selected adhesive along with Yunnan contemporary palm leaves as repair materials.
