摘要
目的探究高速涡轮牙钻微创拔牙对复杂阻生牙患者咀嚼能力、疼痛程度及口腔美观度的应用价值.方法选取2021年6月-2023年6月在本院接受治疗的101例复杂阻生牙患者,依据随机数字表法分成对照组(n=50,传统拔牙)和观察组(n=51,高速涡轮牙钻微创拔牙).对比手术时间,拔牙完整性,张口咀嚼受限度,创面肿胀程度,5-羟色胺(5-HT)、P物质(SP)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平,术后疼痛程度(VAS),并发症情况.结果观察组患者手术时间较对照组更短、拔牙完整性水平较对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗前两组张口咀嚼受限度及创面肿胀程度对比,无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组张口咀嚼受限度及创面肿胀程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组疼痛指标及VAS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组5-HT、SP、CGRP水平及VAS评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率(11.76%)低于对照组(34.00%),P<0.05.结论高速涡轮牙钻微创拔牙对复杂阻生牙患者咀嚼能力、疼痛程度及口腔美观度都有积极影响.
Objective To explore the application value of high-speed turbo drill minimally invasive tooth extraction on the chewing ability,pain level,and oral aesthetics of patients with complex impacted teeth.Methods 101 patients with complex impacted teeth who received treatment in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=50,traditional tooth extraction)and an observation group(n=51,minimally invasive tooth extraction with high-speed turbo drill)using a random number table method.Compare the surgical time,completeness of tooth extraction,limitations of open mouth chewing,and degree of wound swelling;levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),substance P(SP),calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP),and postoperative pain severity(VAS);changes in comparison of complications.Results The observation group had shorter surgical time and higher level of tooth extraction integrity compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the limit of chewing before treatment and the degree of wound swelling(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had a significantly lower limit of chewing and the degree of wound swelling than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain indicators and VAS scores(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-HT,SP,CGRP,and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(11.76%)was lower than that in the control group(34.00%),with P<0.05.Conclusion High speed turbo drill minimally invasive tooth extraction has a positive impact on the chewing ability,pain level,and oral aesthetics of patients with complex impacted teeth.
