摘要
目的:探讨甘精胰岛素联合磷酸西格列汀治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:将2021年1月—2022年12月北京市昌平区回龙观社区卫生服务中心门诊收治的160例老年2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,各80例。对照组单用甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用磷酸西格列汀治疗。对比两组血糖指标、胰岛功能指标、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胰岛β细胞功能指数、空腹C肽水平、餐后2 h C肽水平升高,且观察组高于对照组,两组胰岛素抵抗指数降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甘精胰岛素联合磷酸西格列汀治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床效果显著,能降低患者血糖水平,保护胰岛功能,减少不良反应。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with sitagliptin phosphate in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 160 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Outpatient Department of Beijing Changping District Huilongguan Community Health Service Center from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin glargine alone,and the observation group was treated with sitagliptin phosphate on the basis of control group.The blood glucose index,pancreatic islet function index and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pancreaticβcell function index,fasting C-peptide level and 2 h postprandial C-peptide level in the two groups increased,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the insulin resistance index in the two groups decreased,and this index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Insulin glargine combined with sitagliptin phosphate has significant clinical effect in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetes mellitus,and can decrease the blood glucose levels of patients,protect the pancreatic islet function,and reduce the adverse reactions.
