摘要
国内激光打标发展至今已由开始的高速发展到了稳定发展的阶段,在国内的应用也较为广泛,这时为了寻求企业业务拓展的新增长点,在不锈钢打标领域拓展上出现了不锈彩色打标的新工艺开发。为了增强不锈钢的彩色图激光打标效果,本研究应用激光打标技术,开展激光彩色打标工艺品的设计与制作,探究毫秒光纤激光打标机对304不锈钢材料进行激光彩色打标的可行性。在使用毫秒光纤激光打标机在不锈钢表面打标的同时,还要兼顾激光在不锈钢表面着色。通过Adobe Photoshop软件对图像进行调整,对比位图和矢量图格式的颜色效果,摸索激光彩色打标参数、图片格式与着色之间的规律,探究影响打标效果的因素,确定最佳激光彩色打标模式。实验结果表明,除激光功率外,图像格式对打标效果也有一定影响,相较于位图,矢量图模式下不锈钢表面的着色的效果更好,最终工艺品成呈现淡黄、淡蓝、深蓝、粉红、浅绿、深绿6种颜色。本研究验证了使用毫秒光纤激光打标机对不锈钢表面进行激光彩色打标具有一定可行性。
The development of domestic laser marking has been from the beginning of high-speed development to the stage of stable development,and the application in the country is also more extensive.At this time,seeking a new growth point for enterprise business development,there is a new process for the development of stainless steel color marking in the field of stainless steel marking.In order to enhance the color image laser marking effect of stainless steel,laser marking technology was applied in this study to carry out the design and production of color laser marking handicrafts.A low-power fiber laser marking machine and 304 stainless steel material were used to explore the feasibility of using a millisecond fiber laser marking machine for color laser marking.Experiments were conducted on stainless steel surfaces using a laser marking machine.During the marking process,both laser coloring and image adjustment were carried out using Adobe Photoshop software.The color effects of bitmap and vector formats were compared,and the relationship between laser marking parameters,image format,and coloring was explored.Factors affecting the marking effect were explored to determine the optimal laser marking mode.The experiments showed that in addition to the laser power,the image format also has a certain impact on the marking effect.Compared with the bitmap,the coloring effect of the stainless steel surface in the vector graphical model mode is better,and the final handicraft presents light yellow,light blue,dark blue,pink,light green,and dark green six colors.This study verifies the feasibility of using a millisecond laser marking machine for color laser marking.
