摘要
鉴于智能调度是实现制造系统高效运作、制造资源与生产任务高效配置的重要保障,是实现制造业数字化、网络化、智能化的重要途径,从智能调度全局出发,进一步对前人综述研究进行深化和外延,运用可视化工具CiteSpace软件,通过检索Web of Science核心数据库,获取2012年~2021年间收录的以“智能调度”为主题的50610条文献。基于知识图谱把握智能调度领域的学科演化性质、分析领域研究热点、探索重要集群性质、挖掘重大突现、洞察结构变异性,提出一种基于知识图谱的研究领域综述分析路径与方法。最后指出柔性作业车间重调度、节能调度、异构分布式协同调度系统、新型群智能优化算法等为智能调度领域的发展方向。
Intelligent scheduling is an important guarantee for the efficient operation of manufacturing systems and efficient allocation of manufacturing resources and production tasks.It is also an important way to realize digital,networked and intelligent manufacturing.Starting from the overall situation of intelligent scheduling,the previous review research were further deepened and extended,and 50610 literatures with the theme of“intelligent scheduling”collected from 2012 to 2021 were obtained by searching the core database of Web of Science with the visualization tool CiteSpace software.Based on the knowledge mapping,the discipline evolutionary natur in the field of intelligent scheduling was grasped,the research hotspots in the field was analyzed,the nature of important clusters was explored,the major emergencies were mined and the insight into the structural variability was gained,thus a knowledge review and analysis method based on knowledge mapping was proposed.Finally,it was pointed out that flexible job shop rescheduling,energy-saving scheduling,heterogeneous distributed collaborative scheduling system,and news warm intelligent optimization algorithm are the development directions in the field of intelligent scheduling.
