文章探讨了牛奶从奶牛场到加工厂的全程质量检测过程,重点分析各个环节的关键检测技术及其重要性。研究表明,从奶牛场开始,通过监控饲养环境、饲料质量和挤奶过程的卫生条件,确保了牛奶初期质量。挤奶后,通过初步冷却和细菌、农药残留检测,进一步保障牛奶安全。罐装运输过程需保持适当温度,并通过实时监控和定期抽样检测防止牛奶变质。到达加工厂后,牛奶需进行全面检测,包括微生物检测、理化检测和感官评定,确保最终产品符合食品安全标准。文章还讨论了牛奶质量安全检测中的挑战,如样品前处理的复杂性、检测设备的灵敏度与准确性以及质量安全管理体系与标准,并提出了基于物联网、区块链和人工智能技术的改进措施。
This paper explores the entire quality inspection process of milk from the source dairy farm to the processing plant,focusing on key inspection technologies and their importance at each stage.The study shows that starting from the dairy farm,monitoring the feeding environment,feed quality,and hygiene conditions during milking ensures the initial quality of milk.After milking,preliminary cooling and the detection of bacteria and pesticide residues further guarantee milk safety.During canning and transportation,maintaining the appropriate temperature and using real-time monitoring and periodic sampling inspections prevent milk spoilage.Upon arrival at the processing plant,milk undergoes comprehensive and detailed inspections,including microbiological tests,physicochemical tests,and sensory evaluations,to ensure the final product meets food safety standards.Additionally,this paper discusses the challenges in milk quality safety inspection,such as the complexity of sample pre-treatment,the sensitivity and accuracy of testing equipment,and the quality safety management systems and standards.Improvement measures based on IoT,blockchain,and artificial intelligence technologies are also proposed.
