摘要
全面实施绩效管理,是提高财政资金利用效率,打造阳光政府的重要工作内容。文章首先介绍了政府预算绩效管理的概念,再从实践应用入手,分析政府预算绩效管理存在预算绩效目标管理不足、预算绩效运行监控薄弱、预算绩效评价专业性待提升以及预算绩效评价结果应用不充分等问题,最后基于问题探究政府预算绩效管理优化路径和方法,以期提升政府预算绩效管理水平。
The comprehensive implementation of performance management is an important work content to improve the utilization efficiency of financial funds and build a sunshine government.This paper first introduces the concept of government budget performance management,from the practical application,analysis of the government budget performance management budget performance target management,budget performance operation monitoring,budget performance evaluation professional and budget performance evaluation results of inadequate application,finally explore the government budget performance management optimization path and method,in order to improve the level of government budget performance management.
