摘要
近年来,国家大力提倡钢铁产业绿色降碳升级,降低污染、减少酸耗,拉拔制品行业传统的酸洗除鳞工艺正逐渐被淘汰,转为绿色环保的机械除鳞新工艺。新疆八钢公司轧钢厂通过不断地摸索和工艺优化,取得技术突破研发出一种适用于机械除磷的免酸洗82B盘条产品,性能质量稳定、机械剥壳效果良好,得到用户广泛的认可。本文重点研究82B盘条热轧阶段氧化铁皮的生成机理,分析氧化铁皮的相结构、厚度及塑性等特性随各阶段轧件温度和冷却速度变化的规律。制定一套吐丝温度和斯太尔摩冷却工艺参数,改善氧化铁皮相结构和厚度,最终获得机械剥壳效果良好的免酸洗82B盘条产品,在减少酸耗、降低污染的同时还能节约成本。
Surface defect is an important index affecting the quality of high-speed wire products,and it is the key factor of quality control for hard wire products.Due to the influence of material shape,groove surface and pass shape,the surface of rolled parts is damaged in the process of deformation,resulting in surface defects such as cracks,marking and skin warping,resulting in quality objection.In this paper,the deformation of rolled parts in the whole rolling process is tracked and the causes of surface defects of hard wire steel are analyzed.The surface defects of hard wire steel were solved and the quality of hard wire steel products was improved by optimizing the hole shape and production process.
