煤矿中厚煤层液压支架四连杆机构设计与力学分析

Design and Mechanical Analysis of Four-Link Mechanism of Hydraulic Bracket for Medium and Thick Coal Seam in Coal Mine

摘要 为进一步探究适用于煤矿中厚煤层开采的液压支架四连杆机构,应用几何作图法,对满足需求的四连杆机构进行选型设计,明确该连杆结构的主要参数。而后应用有限元分析方法对四连杆机构进行有限元分析,明确其应力分布情况,以此初步提出可能的优化路径,为该机构后续的优化与现场测试等环节提供一定的参考借鉴。 In order to further investigate the hydraulic support four-link mechanism suitable for mining medium-thick coal seam in coal mines,the geometric drawing method is applied to select and design the four-link mechanism that meets the requirements and clarify the main parameters of the link structure.After that,the finite element analysis method is applied to the four-link mechanism to clarify its stress distribution,so as to put forward the possible optimisation path initially,which provides certain reference for the subsequent optimisation and field testing of the mechanism.
