摘要
能力验证是评定参加实验室技术水平和管理体系运行状况、提升其数据可信度的一种有效手段。目前,主要采用经典统计方法和稳健统计方法对能力验证数据进行统计分析,而当数据容量较小或不符合预期分布时,也可采用需进行大量模拟抽样和计算的自助法来完成统计分析。Excel作为一种大众普及、功能齐全的办公软件,不仅能进行一些简易的数据分析和绘图,还可以采用VBA编程实现基于大量运算的模拟抽样和统计推断。因此,为满足自助法估计在能力验证数据分析中的应用需求,开发了基于VBA的自助法计算程序,并使用ISO 13528:2022中示例数据验证其可靠性。同时,以往年能力验证项目各参加实验室提交的结果数据为例,详细介绍了基于VBA的自助法对不同类型能力验证数据的处理,为自助法估计在能力验证结果统计分析中的合理应用提供了技术参考。
Proficiency testing is an efficient measure to improve laboratory ability and data reliability by evaluating the technical level and the operation of the management system for participants.Currently,classical statistical method and robust statistical method are mainly used for the statistical analysis of proficiency testing data,while bootstrap method is used for proficiency testing data that emerges unexpected distribution or small sample size.Excel,as a popular and fully functional office software,not only can carry out simple data processing and drawing,but also can use VBA programming to realize simulated sampling and statistical inference based on intensive calculations.Therefore,to proactively satisfy the application requirements of bootstrap estimation in the data analysis of proficiency testing,a calculation program of bootstrap method based on VBA is developed,and its reliability is verified using the example data in ISO 13528:2022.Simultaneously,the data of the participators submitted in previous proficiency testing is used as examples to introduce the handling of different types of proficiency testing data by the bootstrap method based on VBA in detail,which provides a technical reference for the reasonable application of bootstrap estimation in the statistical analysis of proficiency testing results.
