摘要
目的:观察脑梗死偏瘫患者接受康复护理的效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年2月聊城市人民医院脑科医院收治的90例脑梗死偏瘫患者,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各45例。给予对照组患者常规护理,给予研究组患者常规护理基础上的康复护理。两组干预时间均为1个月。干预前后采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NI-HSS)、改良版Barthel指数量表(BI)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)、世界卫生组织制定的生存质量测定量表(WHO-QOL),对两组患者神经功能、生活能力、运动功能及生活质量进行评估和比较。结果:干预后,两组患者NIHSS评分与干预前相比均显著下降,且研究组降低幅度更大;两组患者BI评分与干预前相比均显著上升,且研究组上升幅度更高;两组患者FMA、WHO-QOL评分与干预前相比均显著提升,且研究组上升幅度更大,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗死偏瘫患者实施康复护理,不仅可以改善患者神经功能、生活能力,还可以强化患者运动功能,提高患者生活质量。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the value of rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction(CI)hemiplegia.METHODS From December 2021 to February 2023,90 patients with CI admitted to the Brain Hospital of Liaocheng People’s Hospital were selected as study cases,and the cases were divided into control group(n=45)and research group(n=45)using parity grouping method as reference.The control group was given general nursing,and the research group was given rehabilitation nursing based on the control group.The neurological function and life ability,motor function and life quality of the two groups were compared.RESULTS The score of the NIHSS in the nursing study group was(16.12±1.42),which was lower than that in the control group,and the score of the modified BI was(88.94±4.78),which was higher than that in the control group.After nursing,the scores of FMA and WHO-QOL in the study group were higher than those in the control group.CONCLUSION Rehabilitation nursing for CI hemiplegic patients can not only improve neurological function and life ability,but also strengthen motor function and quality of life.
