包被大蒜制品对围产期湖羊母子健康的影响

Effects of Coated Garlic Products on Health of Hu Sheep and Their Offsprings during Perinatal Period

摘要 本试验旨在研究包被大蒜素和包被大蒜粉作为饲料添加剂对围产期湖羊母子健康的影响。选取预产期相近的妊娠湖羊54只,随机分为3组,每组18只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,大蒜素组(AL组)饲喂基础饲粮+0.4 g/(d·头)包被大蒜素,大蒜粉组(GP组)饲喂基础饲粮+0.4 g/(d·头)包被大蒜粉。预试期7 d,正试期85 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,AL组和GP组的羔羊平均初生体重均显著增加(P<0.05),GP组的羔羊平均断奶重、平均日增重、体高和胸围显著增加(P<0.05)。2)在分娩后0 d,与对照组相比,GP组的母羊血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著降低(P<0.05);在分娩后0、30和55 d,与对照组和GP组相比,AL组的母羊血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量极显著增加(P<0.01)。AL组和GP组分娩后55 d的母羊血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量极显著高于分娩后0和30 d(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,AL组和GP组的羔羊血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及IgA、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和IgM含量均有所上升,腹泻率分别降低了26%和16%,但未达显著水平(P>0.05)。综上所述,围产期湖羊饲粮中添加包被大蒜素和包被大蒜粉有利于湖羊母子健康、母羊体况恢复及羔羊生长发育。 The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of coated allicin and coated garlic powder as feed additives on the health of Hu sheep and their lambs during perinatal period.Fifty-four perinatal Hu sheep with similar expected parturition time were randomly divided into 3 groups with 18 replicates per group.The control group was fed a basal diet,the allicin group(AL group)was fed the basal diet+0.4 g/(d·head)coated alli-cin,and the garlic powder group(GP group)was fed the basal diet+0.4 g/(d·head)coated garlic powder.The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 85 days.The results showed as follow:1)compared with the control group,the average birth weight of lambs of AL group and GP group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the average weaning body weight,average daily gain,body height and hearth girth of lambs of GP group were significantly increased(P<0.05).2)On day 0 after deliv-ery,compared with the control group,the serum catalase activity of ewes of GP group was significantly de-creased(P<0.05);On days 0,30 and 55 after delivery,compared with control group and GP group,the ser-um immunoglobulin A(IgA)content of ewes of AL group was significantly increased(P<0.01).The serum immunoglobulin M(IgM)content of ewes of AL group and GP group on day 55 after delivery was significant-ly higher than that on days 0 and 30 after delivery(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity and IgA,immunoglobulin G(IgG)and IgM contents of lambs of AL group and GP group were all increased,the diarrhea rates decreased by 26%and 16%,respectively,but had no significant difference(P>0.05).In conclusion,feeding Hu sheep with coated allicin and coated garlic powder during perinatal period is beneficial for the health of Hu sheep and their offspring,the recovery of e-wes,body condition and the growth and development of lambs.
