摘要
近年医院在发展过程中不断加强对患者服务水平重视度,并要求在具体医疗服务过程中始终发挥“以人为本”“以患者为核心”的服务理念。而此服务理念的有效实施,首先需要求医护人员具备高水准人文意识、文化水平、职业道德等;其次,还需及时根据以人为本管理理念制定相应管理制度,确保所有管理措施均符合相关要求;最后,还需加强医院内基于以人为本文化氛围建设力度,促进良好管理理念持久、高效运用。对此需在进行人力资源管理过程中充分运用以人为本管理理念,不仅对医护人员进行相关教育、培训等,同时还需及时通过为医护人员创造相应客观条件、营造良好环境、解决相关个人问题等进而促使其可高效发挥相应人文意识、人文关怀等,促进管理质量与效率不断提升。
In recent years,the hospital has continuously strengthened its attention to the level of patient service in the process of development and required that the service concept of"people-oriented"and"patient-centered"should always be played in the process of specific medical services.The effective implementation of this service concept requires medical staff to have a high level of humanistic consciousness,cultural level,professional ethics and so on.Secondly,it is also necessary to formulate the corresponding management system according to the people-oriented management concept in a timely manner to ensure that all management measures meet the relevant requirements;Finally,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of a people-oriented cultural atmosphere in hospitals to promote the sustainable and efficient application of good management concepts.In this regard,it is necessary to make full use of the people-oriented management concept in the process of human resource management.It is not only necessary to conduct relevant education and training for medical personnel,but also to timely create corresponding objective conditions for medical personnel,create a good environment,and solve relevant personal problems,so as to encourage them to effectively exert corresponding humanistic awareness and humanistic care.Promote continuous improvement of management quality and efficiency.
