动静荷载作用下煤矿TBM滚刀贯入度预测理论模型

Theoretical Model for Predicting Penetration of Coal Mine TBM Disc Cutter under Dynamic-Static Load

摘要 全断面掘进机(TBM)掘进过程中,除步进油缸顶推刀盘,带动滚刀切入岩石外,滚刀还受到不同程度的冲击。为研究TBM滚刀在“顶推-冲击”动静荷载耦合作用下的破岩特性,建立了动静荷载作用下滚刀破岩理论分析模型。分别对静载和动载条件下TBM滚刀贯入度进行开展分析研究,获得了动静荷载作用下TBM滚刀贯入度计算公式。基于煤矿TBM掘进硬岩巷道工程问题,计算TBM掘进煤矿巷道滚刀贯入度,并与滚刀贯入度现场监测数据对比,研究结果表明:TBM施工现场滚刀贯入度最大14.7 mm,最小5.2 mm,平均值为9.76 mm,滚刀贯入度理论计算值为9.27 mm,验证了理论模型的准确性。 During the excavation process of the tunnel boring machine(TBM),in addition to the thrust hydraulic cylinder pushing the cutterhead and driving the disc cutters to penetrate the rock,the disc cutters are also subjected to varying degrees of impact.In order to study the rock-breaking characteristics of TBM disc cutters under the coupled effect of"pushing-impact"dynamic-static loads,a theoretical analysis model for the rock-breaking of the disc cutters under dynamic-static load was established.The penetration rate of the TBM disc cutters was analyzed and researched under both static and dynamic load conditions,and the calculation formula for the penetration rate of the TBM disc cutters under dynamic-static load was obtained.Based on the TBM excavation of hard rock tunnels in coal mines,the penetration rate of the disc cutters in coal mine tunnels was calculated,and the results were compared with the field monitoring data of the penetration rate.The research results showed that the maximum penetration rate of the disc cutters on the TBM construction site was 14.7 mm,the minimum was 5.2 mm,and the average was 9.76 mm.The theoretical calculation value of the penetration rate was 9.27 mm,which verified the accuracy of the theoretical model.
