摘要
提出一种褐煤分质分级改性提质关键技术,阐述了该技术的主要工艺流程以及提质褐煤的相关参数,采用褐煤提质技术,不但可以在提高煤粉着火温度的同时降低爆炸风险,还可以大大减少氮氧化物等污染物的释放。提质后的褐煤可以拓展其在下游产业的应用范围,重点介绍分质分级改性提质褐煤在燃煤电厂、建筑材料及农业种植中的应用,通过研究成果的对比分析,提质改性褐煤可以提高燃煤锅炉的稳定性与安全性,减少建筑材料生产过程中的碳氮污染源,相应提取液作为农用助剂还能促进水稻植株的生长发育,具有良好的产业化应用价值。该工艺流程不仅能够更好服务我国“能耗双控”战略目标,还可以促进提质褐煤从单一燃料端应用向多元化应用的转变。
Proposes a key technology for lignite classification,modification,and upgrading,and elaborates on the main process flow and relevant parameters for upgrading lignite.The use of lignite upgrading technology can not only increase the ignition temperature of coal powder while reducing the risk of explosion,but also greatly reduce the release of pollutants such as nitrogen oxides.The upgraded lignite can expand its application scope in downstream industries.Focuses on the application of graded and modified lignite in coal-fired power plants,building materials,and agricultural planting.Through comparative analysis of research results,the upgraded and modified lignite can improve the stability and safety of coal-fired boilers,reduce carbon and nitrogen pollution sources in the production process of building materials,the corresponding extractas an agricultural additive,can also promote the growth and development of rice plants,and has great industrial application value.This process flow can not only better serve the strategic goal of"energy consumption dual control"in China,but also promote the transformation of upgraded lignite from single fuel application to diversified application.
