战线协同、数字赋能:助推教师队伍能力素质提升

摘要 党的二十大报告提出“推进教育数字化”。为此,作为教育人要明确教育信息化是实现教育现代化的重要手段,以教育信息化带动教育现代化是当今教育改革与发展的必然趋势。基于此,有必要探索信息技术与学科教学深度融合和促进信息技术在教育教学中的广泛应用。通过战线协同、数字赋能,不断提高教师队伍的能力素质,有序推动教育现代化的进程,实现教育优先、健康、快速发展。 The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to“promote the digitization of education”.Therefore,as educators,it is important to clarify that educational informatization is an important means to achieve educational modernization,and promoting educational modernization with educational informatization is an inevitable trend of today’s educational reform and development.Based on this,it is necessary to explore the deep integration of information technology and subject teaching,and promote the widespread application of information technology in education and teaching.Through frontline collaboration and digital empowerment,it is necessary to continuously improve the ability and literacy of the teaching staff,promote the process of educational modernization in an orderly manner,and realize the priority,healthy and rapid development of education.
