摘要
契合科研发展需求的监督体系是激发创新活力、提高管理效能的重要保障。本文以国有企业科研单位为研究对象,分析了监督体系建设中存在的问题和原因,提出了深化引领、完善机制、融入治理、建强队伍的建议和具体对策,为培育和发展新质生产力保驾护航。
The supervision system that aligns with the demands of scientific research development is an important guarantee for stimulating innovation vitality and improving management efficiency.This article takes a research institute of a state-owned enterprise as the research object,analyzes the problems and causes existing in the construction of the supervision system,and proposes suggestions and countermeasures of“deepening leadership,improving mechanisms,integrating into governance,strengthening the team”,to safeguard the cultivation and development of new-quality productive forces.
