大采高工作面厚硬顶板切顶卸压效果分析

摘要 以榆树沟煤矿11503大采高综采工作面基本条件为背景,对切顶卸压机理进行了研究,开展大采高工作面水力压裂卸压技术研究,运用水力压裂切顶卸压的方法,通过观察钻孔压裂效果与分析巷道围岩表面位移、煤柱应力进行现场效果分析,解决榆树沟煤矿大采高工作面辅运巷道变形破坏严重的难题。试验后,压裂前后对比煤柱应力平均降低57%,顶板位移平均减小46.4%,两帮位移平均减小51.8%,明显改善了巷道围岩的变形情况,节约了巷道围岩的维护成本,保证了工作面的安全高效生产。 Taking the basic conditions of the 11403 large mining height fully mechanized mining face in Yushugou Coal Mine as the background,the mechanism of roof cutting and pressure relief is studied.The hydraulic fracturing and pressure relief technology of the large mining height working face is studied,and the method of hydraulic fracturing and roof cutting and pressure relief is applied.By observing the drilling fracturing effect and analyzing the surface displacement of the roadway surrounding rock and the stress of the coal pillar,the on-site effect analysis is carried out to solve the difficult problem of severe deformation and damage of the auxiliary transportation roadway in the large mining height working face of Yushugou Coal Mine.After the experiment,the average stress of the coal pillar decreased by 57% before and after fracturing,the average displacement of the roof decreased by 46.4%,and the average displacement of the two sides decreased by 51.8%.This significantly improved the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,saved the maintenance cost of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and ensured the safe and efficient production of the working face.
