基于微分博弈的制造业企业价值链攀升策略研究

摘要 在供应中学习是低端供应商实现价值链攀升的重要途径。文章构建供应商与制造商的微分博弈模型,研究供应商价值链攀升策略。研究发现,学习成本与质量改进成本对于供应商的价值链攀升决策有至关重要的影响。通过在学习阶段投入学习成本,供应商可以在竞争中获得质量优势,但过低的质量改进成本会导致竞争没有均衡。若能在供应过程中获得较高收益,供应商会失去价值链攀升的激励,从而停留在价值链低端。 Learning by supplying is a crucial path for low-end suppliers to climb the value chain.This paper constructs a differential game model between the supplier and the manufacturer to investigate the strategies of value chain climbing for the supplier.The study finds that both the learning cost and quality improvement cost play pivotal roles in the supplier's decision on value chain climbing.By investing in learning costs during the learning phase,the supplier can gain a competitive advantage in terms of quality.However,excessively low costs for quality improvement could lead to a non-equilibrium state in competition.If the supplier achieves high returns during the supply process,it would lose the incentive for climbing value chain,thereby remaining at the lower end of the value chain.
