摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的全面推进,作为农业农村经济重要组成部分还心系农民福祉的农村物流业备受关注。特别是在海南,结合即将全面实施的自贸港建设,农村物流的服务体系优化与创新就显得尤为紧迫。文章从收、发两端对海南农村的物流服务体系进行了深入分析。首先,就目前海南农村物流网络的问题与缺点进行了系统的梳理,通过实地考察、查阅文献资料和案例分析借鉴等方法,深入了解发现目前全省快递发货量小、热带特色农产品易变质、物流时效慢、物流费用较高、城乡物流服务差距大等问题,并据此提出了合理的解决方案;又针对海南自贸港封关建设的实施规划,提出一系列前瞻性和战略性的对策建议。最后,文章希望通过农村物流服务的进一步完善和创新,来助力海南解决“三农”问题,进而实现乡村振兴战略。
With the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,not only an important part of the rural economy but also the rural logistics industry which is concerned about the welfare of farmers has attracted much attention.Especially in Hainan,combined with the construction of the free trade port to be fully implemented,the optimization and innovation of the rural logistics service system is particularly urgent.This article makes an in-depth analysis of the logistics service system in rural Hainan from both ends of receiving and distributing.First of all,analyze the problems and shortcomings of Hainan rural logistics network,through field investigation,reference,and case analysis,slow aging,high logistics cost and large gap between urban and rural logistics services,and so on,and provide reasonable solutions for the countermeasures and strategic suggestions for the implementation of the Hainan free trade port.Finally,the article hopes that through the further improvement and innovation of rural logistics services,to help Hainan to solve the problems of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and then realize the rural revitalization strategy.
