摘要
混凝土铺装层桥面黑化受桥梁恒载限制,加铺层一般偏薄,易发生推移变形、脱落病害,严重影响道路的使用性能。为防止此类路面病害,保证路面使用性能及使用寿命,依托成都市双桂立交桥桥面黑化项目,对桥面黑化进行整体方案设计,并应用高黏高弹改性沥青提升加铺层的高低温稳定性能及变形恢复能力,形成整体抵抗车辆荷载产生的剪切力,防止沥青面层变形剥落,同时能降低噪声污染,有效提升桥面整体路用性能。
The blackening of the concrete pavement bridge deck is limited by the dead load of the bridge.The overlay is generally thin,which is prone to displacement,deformation and shedding diseases,which seriously affects the performance of the road.In order to prevent such pavement diseases and ensure the service performance and service life of the pavement,relying on the Blackening Project of the Shuanggui Interchange Bridge in Chengdu City,the overall scheme design for the blackening of the deck is carried out,and high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified asphalt is applied to improve the high and low temperature stability and deformation recovery of the overlay layer,forming an overall resistance to shear force generated by vehicle loads,preventing deformation and peeling of the asphalt surface layer,reducing noise pollution,and effectively improving the overall road performance of the bridge deck.
