摘要
在阐释辅导员自我激励的内涵特征的基础上,剖析当前高职院校辅导员在自我激励实践中所遇到的诸多困难和挑战。鉴于这些现实困境,高职院校亟须制定一套精准有效的纾解策略,从增强个性化与差异化激励、实现多元化与综合化激励、确保动态化与持续化激励等三个方面入手,旨在全面激发辅导员的工作热情和内在动力,进而促进辅导员队伍的整体成长和持续发展。
On the basis of explaining the connotation and characteristics of self-motivation for counselors,this paper analyzes the many difficulties and challenges that counselors in vocational colleges face in self-motivation practice.Given these practical difficulties,vocational colleges urgently need to develop a set of precise and effective relief strategies,starting from enhancing personalized and differentiated incentives,achieving diversified and comprehensive incentives,and ensuring dynamic and sustainable incentives,aiming to comprehensively stimulate the work enthusiasm and internal motivation of counselors,and thereby promote the overall growth and sustainable development of the counselor team.
