摘要
为了扩大间位芳纶用高耐光色牢度染料的选择范围以及提高其染色后的色深、耐光性,将常用于纤维素纤维染色的高耐光色牢度还原染料,采用环保型载体FD-C对间位芳纶纱线进行分布式染色。测试K/S值、色牢度、表面形貌、力学及热学性能、结晶度的变化,探讨还原染料及环保载体FD-C对间位芳纶纱线的染色工艺及性能。结果表明,当还原蓝ER用量为3%(omf)时,间位芳纶还原染料载体染色的优化工艺为:入染前加入60 g/L载体FD-C,以1℃/min升温至130℃,保温60 min后降温至40℃;再次加入20 g/L的载体FD-C,再以1℃/min升温至70℃保温20 min;最后皂洗。该工艺的染色效果最佳。与不加载体相比,染色纱线的K/S值提升了5.2,耐日晒色牢度提升了2级;染色纱线仍具有优异的力学及热学性能。
In order to expand the selection of dyes with high color fastness to light for meta-aramid as well as to improve its color depth and sunlight resistance after dyeing,vat dyes with high color fastness to light,which are commonly used for dyeing cellulosic fibres,were used to distributed dye meta-aramid yarns with environmentally friendly carriers.The changes of K/S value,color fastness,surface morphology,mechanical and thermal properties and crystallinity were test-ed to explore the dyeing process and performance of the vat dyes and the environmentally friendly carrier FD-C on the me-ta-aramid yarns.The results showed that when the dosage of vat blue ER is 3%(omf),the optimal dyeing process of vat dyes with carrier on meta-aramid is as follows:add 60 g/L carrier FD-C before dyeing,raise the temperature to 130℃at a rate of 1℃/min and keep it at that temperature for 60 min,then cooling down to 40℃;add 20 g/L carrier FD-C again,raise the temperature to 70℃at a rate of 1℃/min and keep it at that temperature for 20 min;finally,soap wash.The dye-ing effect of this process is the best.Compared with without carrier,the K/S value of dyed yarns was improved by 5.2,and the color fastness to light was improved by 2 grades.The dyed yarns still had excellent mechanical and thermal properties.
