摘要
目的 探讨精细化护理模式在实习护生临床护理教学中应用的效果。方法 选取2021年6月—2023年6月兰州大学第一医院内镜中心轮转的96名实习护生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48名。对照组接受常规护理模式,观察组接受精细化护理模式。每名实习护生负责护理一位肝硬化合并门静脉高压患者,比较两组患者护理前后的心理状态和护理后的不良反应发生率、护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组SAS及SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.001),术后不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.001),护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论 将精细化护理模式应用于实习护生临床护理教学中能收到满意的效果,可有效改善患者负性情绪,降低不良反应发生率,提高护理满意度,值得在临床护理教学中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing model in teaching of clinical nursing for nursing interns. Methods 96 nursing interns rotating in the endoscopy center of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 48 interns in each group. The control group received conventional nursing teaching model,and the observation group received teaching model of refined nursing. Each intern was responsible for the care of one patient with cirrhosis combined with portal hypertension,and compared the psychological state of the two groups of patients before and after the care,the incidence of adverse reactions after care,and the satisfaction of care. Results After the nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.001),the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions was significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.001),and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.001). Conclusion The application of refined nursing model in teaching of clinical nursing for nursing interns can receive satisfactory effectiveness,can effectively ease the negative emotions of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve nursing satisfaction,and is worth to be popularized and applied in teaching of clinical nursing.
