摘要
通过总结分析2023年四川省职业院校技能大赛(高职组)老年护理与保健赛项的选手表现及相关原因,探讨人才培养的侧重点,旨在为健康养老服务人才的科学、规范培养提供参考依据。建议学校加强对学生基础护理操作能力、社区居家慢病护理能力等的培养。民办校与公办校在人才培养方面应加强经验交流,共同培养适应社会需求的高素质技术技能型专门人才。
By summarizing and analyzing the performance and related reasons of the participants in the 2023 Elderly's Nursing and Health Care Competition of Skills Competition among Vocational Colleges in Sichuan Province(higher vocational group)to explore the focus of personnel cultivation,aim to provide reference for the personnel's scientific and standardized cultivation for health and elderly care service.It is recommended that schools strengthen the cultivation of students'basic nursing skills and community home-based chronic disease nursing abilities.Private and public schools should strengthen experiences exchange in personnel's cultivation,and jointly cultivate high-quality technical and skilled specialized personnel to meet social needs.
