摘要
采用问卷调查及深度访谈法对湖南省基层医疗卫生机构进行调研,以了解湖南省基层医疗卫生机构人才现状和未来3年的需求。研究表明,湖南省基层医疗卫生机构人才结构有待优化、待遇有待提升,近年来湖南省采取一系列措施加强基层医疗卫生机构人才队伍建设,使得基层医疗卫生人才需求得到满足,医学院校应针对基层医疗卫生人才培养进行更加精准的改革。
The questionnaire survey and in-depth interview method were used to investigate the grassroots healthcare institutions in Hunan Province,in order to learn the status of grassroots healthcare institutions in Hunan Province and the need for grassroots healthcare personnel in the next three years.The study shows that the personnel structure of grassroots healthcare institutions in Hunan Province needs to be optimized and the treatment needs to be improved.In recent years,Hunan Province has taken a series of measures to strengthen the construction of the personnel team in grassroots healthcare institutions,which makes it possible to meet the need for grassroots healthcare personnel,and the medical colleges should carry out more precise reforms for the cultivation of grassroots healthcare personnel.
