排气防浪止水装置设计及试验研究

摘要 为防止海水进入无人水面航行体排气管,设计一种安装于排气口顶部的排气防浪止水装置,对其结构组成、动作原理进行简要概述,建立其挡水翻板旋转和浮子上浮力学数学模型,测试样机壳体密封性和水下漏水率及最大功率柴油机排气性能。测试结果表明,正常工作时排气顺畅,没入水下时浮子上、下运动灵活,漏水率均小于2 L/min,满足了技术指标,为后续更深入研究奠定一定的基础。 In order to prevent seawater entering into the exhaust pipe of the unmanned surface vehicle,a wave-proof exhaust device installed on the top of the exhaust port was designed.Its mechanical structure and action principle were sum-marized briefly.The mathematical models of flap rotation and floater buoyancy were established.Its seal of the shell,the wa-ter leakage rate under water and the exhaust performance of the maximum power diesel engine were tested.The test results showed that the float moved up and down flexibly under water and the maximal water leakage ratio was 2 L/min,meeting the design target,and laying a foundation for the further study.
