摘要
考试公平是教育公平的重要体现,更是社会公平的重要内容。针对因疫情防控等不可抗力因素导致考试延期,从而产生的统一考试与延期考试结果公平性无法量化判定的问题,从具体数据分析入手,借助统计测量手段,利用非参数模型和置换法分别确定延期考试公平性判定评价指标和置信区间,定量判定不同批次考试是否公平,为推动考试质量评价科学化提供重要技术手段。实验结果表明,所提算法能够有效解决不同批次考试试卷难度一致性定量判定问题。
Test fairness is an important embodiment of educational fairness,and it is also an important content of social fairness.Aiming at the postponement of tests due to the pandemic which is uncontrollable,and the problem is that the fairness of the unified and deferred tests cannot be quantified.Starting from the specific data analysis,with the help of statistical measurement methods,the evaluation index and confidence interval for the fairness judgment are determined by the nonparametric model and permutation method,and then the fairness of the test is assessed,which provides an important technical way for promoting the scientific evaluation of the test quality.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the problem of quantitative determination of the difficulty consistency of different batches of examination papers.
