摘要
为了降低混凝土预制构件加工中各个工序的加工时间,提升生产效率,同时降低生产能耗,提出一种基于遗传算法的混凝土预制构件生产流程优化方法。确定最优生产线以及生产线数量,获取生产过程中各构件的生产优先级。根据优先级确定结果,将构件等待时间最短和能耗最小作为优化目标,建立生产流程优化模型。引入精英保留策略提高遗传算法的搜索效率,运用改进后的遗传算法求解生产流程优化模型,实现混凝土预制构件生产流程的优化。仿真结果表明,经所提方法优化后,生产流程中各工序的加工时间明显缩短,生产效率明显提升,且生产中的能耗较低,验证了该方法的实用性。
In order to reduce the processing time of precast concrete components,improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption,this article presented an optimization method for the production process of precast concrete components based on genetic algorithm.Firstly,we determined the optimal production line and the number of production lines,and thus to obtain the production priority of each component.According to the priority,a model of optimizing production process was built with the shortest waiting time and the minimum energy consumption as the objectives.Moreover,the elitism strategy was introduced to improve the search efficiency of genetic algorithm.Furthermore,the improved genetic algorithm was adopted to solve the optimization model.Finally,we achieved the optimization for the production process of precast concrete components.The simulation results show that the proposed method significantly shortened the processing time of each process,and improved the production efficiency,with lower energy consumption.
