摘要
智能化、信息化的发展是煤炭企业安全生产的必然趋势,数据挖掘技术对煤矿安全管理的发展起着重要的推动作用。采用自然语言处理技术和Bi-LSTM模型对煤矿隐患信息进行自动分类,提取煤矿隐患因素;以瓦斯爆炸风险为起点,构建瓦斯安全态势预测模型;建立了基于数据挖掘技术和智能技术的精准管控信息系统,实现了大数据的信息分析和应用端的智能信息处理。将该系统应用于山西省榆树坡煤矿,结果表明,显著提高了煤矿安全管理能力和效率,且为煤矿双预控建设提供新的思路和方法,增强现有预控系统的信息处理能力。
The development of intelligence and informationization is the inevitable trend of coal enterprise safety production,and data mining technology plays an important role in promoting the development of coal mine safety management.Natural language processing technology and Bi-LSTM model are used to automatically classify coal mine hidden danger information and extract coal mine hidden danger factors;gas explosion risk is taken as the starting point to construct a gas safety posture prediction model;and an accurate control information system based on data mining technology and intelligent technology is established to realize the information analysis of big data and intelligent information processing at the application end.The system is applied to Yushupo Coal Mine in Shanxi Province,and the results show that it significantly improves the capacity and efficiency of coal mine safety management,and it provides new ideas and methods for the construction of dual pre-control in coal mines,enhances the information processing capacity of the existing pre-control system.
