摘要
露天矿山边坡高度随着采矿生产不断增大,也带来了边坡稳定性问题,开展边坡稳定性分析与安全评价,是新建露天矿山项目安全设施设计的必要工作。以新疆拟建某露天矿山采场边坡为研究对象,通过现场调查进行边坡潜在风险分析,确定单台阶及局部组合台阶的潜在破坏模式主要有平面滑动、楔体滑动、弯曲倾倒。采用多种极限平衡法开展边坡稳定性计算,通过计算自重、爆破振动,以及地震等荷载组合条件下的边坡稳定性系数,评价边坡安全状态,并确定最优边坡角。采用有限差分法开展三维数值模拟,通过对边坡开挖过程中的变形破坏特征进行位移场、应力场及塑性区分布分析,为露天矿山边坡安全运行提供边坡风险管控建议。本文研究可为类似新建露天矿山项目安全设施设计提供参考。
The height of open-pit mine slopes increases continuously with mining production,which also brings about slope stability problem.Conducting slope stability analysis and safety evaluation is a necessary task for the design of safety facilities in new open-pit mine projects.Taking the slope of a proposed open-pit mine in Xinjiang as the research object,a potential risk analysis of the slope is conducted through on-site investigation.The potential failure modes of single step and local combination steps are determined to mainly include plane sliding,wedge sliding,and bending tilting.Multiple limit equilibrium methods are used to carry out slope stability calculations.By calculating the slope stability coefficient under load combinations such as self-weight,blasting vibration,and earthquake,the safety status of the slope is evaluated,and the optimal slope angle is determined.The finite difference method is used for three-dimensional numerical simulation,displacement field,stress field,and plastic zone distribution analysis are conducted on the deformation and failure characteristics during slope excavation,which provides slope risk control suggestions for the safe operation of open-pit mine slopes.The project research can provide reference for the design of safety facilities in similar new open-pit mining projects.
