摘要
对套筒件进行冷挤压成形工艺分析和模具设计,根据对冷挤压零件图纸设计时的一些要求,对冷挤压许用变形的程度进行分析,最终确定冷挤压设计的方案。通过对套筒件工艺进行分析,对套筒件的坯料进行准备,经过坯料的形状和尺寸选择,确定套筒件成形的工艺方案,最后分析坯料的软化热处理及坯料的表面处理以及润滑方法,挤压力计算,最终设计出套筒件冷挤压成形的模具。
It carries out cold extruding forming process and die design for sleeve components.Based on some requirements for the design of cold extruding part drawings,the degree of allowable deformation during cold extruding is analyzed,and the final design scheme for cold extruding is determined.By analyzing the process of the sleeve component,preparing the blank of the sleeve component,selecting the shape and size of the blank,determining the process plan for forming the sleeve component,and finally analyzing the softening heat treatment and surface treatment of the blank as well as lubrication methods,calculating the extruding force,and finally designing the die for cold extruding forming of the sleeve component.
