摘要
目的分析自拟活血益精汤在治疗特发性男性不育症中对精液质量的影响及生育能力的改善效果。方法方便选取2020年7月—2023年7月玉林市第二人民医院收治的181例特发性男性不育症患者为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分为对照组(92例,接受生精胶囊治疗)和治疗组(89例,接受自拟活血益精汤治疗)。对比两组中医证候积分、精液相关参数、配偶妊娠率、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组精液相关参数(精子浓度、精子活力、精子总活力、精子畸形率、精液量、液化时间)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组配偶妊娠率为19.10%(17/89),显著高于对照组的8.70%(8/92),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.043)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟活血益精汤能显著改善特发性男性不育症患者的精液质量,降低中医证候积分,并提高患者的生育能力,可作为特发性男性不育症的有效治疗方法之一。
Objective To analyze the effect of self-proposed Huoxue Yijing Decoction on semen quality and fertility improvement in the treatment of idiopathic male infertility.Methods A total of 181 patients with idiopathic male infer⁃tility admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Yulin from July 2020 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(92 cases,treated with Shengjing Capsule)and treatment group(89 cases,treated with self-proposed Huoxue Yijing Decoction).The tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,semen related parameters,spouse pregnancy rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the semen related parameters(sperm concentration,sperm motility,total sperm motility,sperm defor⁃mity rate,semen volume,and liquefaction time)in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The spouses pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 19.10%(17/89),which was significantly higher than 8.70%(8/92)in the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.043).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions be⁃tween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Self-proposed Huoxue Yijing Decoction can significantly improve the se⁃men quality,reduce the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and increase the fertility of patients with idio⁃pathic male infertility,which can be used as one of the effective treatments for idiopathic male infertility.
